  1)材料加热过程不合适。

  2)冷却不当,在Ms温度低于快速冷却,应力过大。

  3)工件截面尺寸差异过大,或孔洞较多,或应力集中。

  4)淬火加热温度过高,晶粒粗大,脆性大。过热时晶界氧化或熔化。

  5)工件未预热,加热速度过大导致加热开裂。

  6)原组织不良、网状共晶碳化物或球化退火不良,或原料微裂纹,淬火时裂纹膨胀开裂。

  7)重复淬火前未进行中间退火。

  8)淬火后未及时回火。

  用260-280贝氏体等温淬火1050,模具的韧性会大大提高,不会开裂。
